    Charles Philibert-Thiboutot is an up-and-coming middle distance-runner. A graduate from Université de Laval, Charles broke out onto the scene in a big way in 2015, competing in 1500m events at the IAAF World Championships in Beijing while capturing Bronze at the 2015 Pan-Am Games on his home soil. Lalonde moved into the senior ranks last year and was the youngest finalist in the steeplechase at the World University Games.
